In late 2021, Included Health announced the Black Community Innovation Coalition (BCIC), a partnership with seven leading employers, to research and subsequently launch an offering designed to advance health equity for the Black community. As part of that work, we surveyed more than 3,000 Black employees across these seven organizations, and conducted focus groups to better understand their experiences with healthcare.
